Humble Beginnings

House of Hope was founded in 2019 by Pastor Mark Wigington, who was driven by a clear vision: to see men set free from the grip of addiction and dysfunction by the transformative power of Jesus Christ.

A Small but Mighty Start

It all began in a modest house in Cape Coral, where Pastor Mark and a small team of dedicated volunteers started reaching out to men in need. Despite the challenges, they remained committed to their mission, and slowly but surely, lives began to change.

Growth and Expansion

As the ministry grew, so did its reach. Over the past five years, House of Hope has expanded to five properties, providing a safe and supportive environment for men to heal, grow, and find purpose. Today, our team consists of six staff members who share a passion for serving others and spreading the message of hope.

Community Partnerships

We're proud to partner with over three local churches and numerous ministries in our area, working together to make a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve. These partnerships have enabled us to amplify our impact, providing a wider range of services and support to those in need.
